This quite large townhouse is situated just a short walk away from the main plaza of Competa. It is close to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a bodega beneath the house with 2 entrances which could be converted into another bedroom or living space. 

You enter the front door and op a couple of steps to find a living area, with the kitchen leading off. There another set of stairs that lead to a bedroom and storage cupboard, and another room with open fire, that again, could be used as a living space. again a couple of more steps and there is another bedroom,

at the top of the house, there are two roof terraces, the first is a little larger and gives views of the street and village. the other a little higher , but gives lovely views of the countryside.
